Rihanna has dropped her lawsuit against her father, Ronald Fenty, two weeks before they were set to face off in court.
The Umbrella hitmaker accused her dad of using her fame to promote his Fenty Entertainment company in the suit she launched in 2019.
Father and daughter were scheduled to appear in court on 22 September, but it appears they have come to an agreement in private.
Rihanna claimed Fenty and a business partner, Moses Perkins, were falsely acting as her agents, according to legal papers first obtained by The Blast, booking the singer on a tour that would have included gigs in Latin America, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas.
Rihanna asked for damages from her father, and an injunction on his business.
