Gabrielle Union almost torpedoed Steph and Ayesha Curry’s romance by urging them to split up.
The actress, who is married to Steph Curry’s pal Dwyane Wade, admits she told Ayesha to break up with the basketball superstar years ago.
“I was like, ‘You guys, the likelihood of this working out is very low. You should just break up now and have sex with other people’,” Union recalled in an Instagram Live chat with TV personality and cookbook author Curry. “I used different language but is that not what I told y’all both (sic)?”
Ayesha said, “You looked at me and said, ‘How old are you…?'”
Wade then stepped in and added, “I apologize on behalf of the Wade family. That’s not who we are anymore,” prompting his wife to add, “I still might give the same advice.”
