Gwyneth Paltrow is obsessed with food.

The 40-year-old actress has produced two cookbooks and says her love of cooking and eating came from her foodie father Bruce Paltrow, who passed away in October 2002 after battling cancer.

She told the debut issue of Beach magazine: "I have always loved food, I was raised by a foodie. I love to cook and eat. My father was obsessed with good food and he passed it on to me."

While exercise is important to Gwyneth, so that she can maintain her enviable figure while still eating the foods she enjoys, she has found a good balance between them both.

She explained: "Find what works for you. I think it's important to move a little everyday. If you don't have time for a full workout, do what you can – walk to work, take the stairs. Above all, don't beat yourself up. We're all trying to do so much. Ease up on yourself and do what's in front of you to the best of your ability."

Although the 'Iron Man 3' actress is now happily married to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin – the father of her kids Apple, eight, and son Moses, seven – she admitted she used to spend a lot of time worrying about her life and wishes she could tell her younger self to relax.

She said: "I'd tell my younger self not to worry so much; to ease up on myself; that everything happened for a reason; to embrace the obstacles…it's all part of the soul curriculum."

Justin Timberlake “still has time” before having kids.

The ‘Mirrors’ hitmaker isn’t in a rush have children with wife Jessica Biel – who he wed in October 2012 – and thinks it is best to leave starting a family “to fate”.

He said: “I’m not against the idea at all, but I think I still have some time ahead of me. Let’s leave it to fate.”

The 32-year-old heartthrob feels settling down with his actress spouse is a “normal” progression of entering his thirties and believes Jessica, 31, brings out the best in him.

He told Britain’s OK! magazine: “Life didn’t change overnight. Marriage, family – it’s all part of the normal steps you take when you reach your thirties.

“She’s brought me stability and an inner force. The most important thing for me is that we’re able to communicate so well and talk about absolutely everything. It’s beautiful to have that kind of closeness and understanding.”

Despite a successful musical comeback with his new album ‘The 20/20 Experience’, a blossoming movie career and an A-list actress wife, Justin thinks it’s important to remain humble and received advice on handling fame from Hollywood legend Clint Eastwood.

He said: “I remember spending time with Clint Eastwood and he taught me some lessons about dealing with success. He was so cool and generous on the set even though he’s a Hollywood god.”

Ariel Winter wants to be just like her older sister.

The ‘Modern Family’ star is currently in the custody of her 34-year-old sister Shanelle Grey after being removed from her mother Chrisoula ‘Chrystal’ Workman’s care in October amid allegations of abuse and Ariel says her sister is “the most amazing woman”.

She told People magazine: “My sister is the most amazing woman I’ve ever met in my life. If I could be half the woman she is … she’s kind of who I want to be like.

“[Shanelle] supports me in everything I do, and so does my brother-in-law David. Both are kind of like my biggest supporters.”

While Ariel, 15, is grateful for her sister, she also praised her castmates, who she calls her “family”.

She said: “Our chemistry has been there since we first met, and it’s really made us come off as a family on the show, and in real life, because we are.”

Previously Ariel admitted she has never been happier and feels like a “normal” teenager since moving in with her sister.

She said: “My life is definitely more normal — and that’ll help me grow up like I’m supposed to.

“Sunday we have family dinner. It’s just a different experience for me because I have more of a family life. I’m really happy.”

Chrisoula lost custody of Ariel following an investigation by child services last year, during which they found evidence of emotional abuse.

Scarlett Johansson is set to make her directorial debut.

The 'Avengers' actress will step behind the camera for the very first time to direct 'Summer Crossing', an adaptation of Truman Capote's first novel.

The film, which was announced at Cannes Film Festival today (16.05.13), is set in the summer of 1945 and centres on a 17-year-old girl who decides not to go on vacation to Paris with her parents so she can spend the summer with her Jewish valet parking attendant boyfriend.

Johansson said of the project: ''Several years ago I began working alongside the Capote estate and writer Tristine Skylar to adapt 'Summer Crossing', an inspired early work of Truman's which has long captured my heart. Being able to bring this story to the screen as my full length directorial debut is a life dream and deep privilege.''

While the book marked the famous author's first novel, it was unpublished until 2005. Capote is thought to have written the book in the 1940s but discarded it because he wasn't satisfied with it.

The manuscript was later salvaged from a bin by a janitor at a New York City apartment Capote had briefly stayed and following the janitor's death, a nephew discovered the work, resulting in it being brought to light and published posthumously – 21 years after the writer's death.

The film is expected to begin filming next year.

Lindsay Lohan can't stop eating since her Adderall was taken away.

The 26-year-old actress begged doctors at the Betty Ford Clinic, where she is completing 90 days of court ordered rehab, to allow her to continue to take the psycho-stimulant medication, but after being forced to give it up, she has put on five pounds.

Although Lindsay has claimed she uses the drug to treat attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), friends believe she was using it for weight loss.

A source told RadarOnline: "Lindsay has been extremely emotional this past week and is finding comfort in food. Lindsay can't stop eating, and has gained five pounds because she has such poor eating habits. She has been exercising, but she just doesn't have a lot of energy because she is no longer taking Adderall, which is a psycho-stimulant medication that contains amphetamine. She has been talking to a nutritionist at Betty Ford about eating healthier."

Betty Ford's doctors rarely prescribe anyone over the age of 15 the powerful drug, because they believe there are plenty of alternative treatments and also think that many people misuse the drug to control their weight.

Lindsay has been assigned a full team of carers – including a psychologist, dietician, chemical dependency technician and physician – who have devised a tailored care plan for her.

The troubled starlet was previously said to have freaked out and ditched her original plan to enter the Seafield Centre in New York for treatment because it doesn't allow its patients to smoke.

'Iron Man 3' co-writer Drew Pearce will pen 'Mission: Impossible 5'.

The scriptwriter has been given the task of writing Paramount's next installment in the action franchise, which Tom Cruise will star in as well as produce.

Christopher McQuarrie – who directed Cruise in 2012's 'Jack Reacher' – has entered negotiations to direct, while J.J. Abrams' Bad Robot company will produce the movie, whose plot is being kept secret.

The 'Mission: Impossible' franchise – which first hit screens in 1996 and stars Cruise as secret agent Ethan Hunt – is as popular as ever and has grossed more than $2 billion overall.

The fourth film in the series, 'Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol', earned $700 million worldwide and became action veteran Cruise's highest-earning film ever.

The Brad Bird-helmed flick saw 'Avengers' star Jeremy Renner join the franchise while Simon Pegg reprised his role as technician Benji Dunn.

Production is expected to begin on 'MI:5' this autumn after Cruise finishes filming Warner Bros.' 'The Man From U.N.C.L.E.', a big screen adaptation of the cult 1960s TV show,

Scriptwriter Pearce is also working on Guillermo del Toro's much-anticipated 'Pacific Rim', as well as planning his directorial debut.

Mila Kunis has been partying with Britain’s Princess Beatrice.

The 29-year-old actress and her boyfriend Ashton Kutcher were joined by the 24-year-old royal and her partner Dave Clark, 30, for dinner on Saturday (05.11.13) before embarking on a pub crawl to several upmarket cocktail bars in London.

The quartet first enjoyed dinner at the Duck & Waffle restaurant on the 40th floor of Heron Tower, before moving on to enjoy tequila cocktails at the nearby Callooh Callay bar.

From there, they finished evening at the John Salt bar in Islington, where they had more drinks and some snacks.

John Salt boss Leigh Gillson told The Sun newspaper: “They asked for our best speciality dish. We gave them deep fried banana in caramel.”

A source added: “It wasn’t a boozy bender, more an upmarket crawl.”

Mila and Ashton, 35, are currently living in Hampstead, north west London, while she shoots new movie ‘Jupiter Ascending’, but it was recently revealed they are planning a break out of the city on a riverboat on the Norfolk Broads, East England.

A source said recently: “Ashton thinks it will be a great experience. They’ve got no qualms about staying on a boat. They won’t exactly be roughing it.”

Vince Vaughn has been cast in 'Daddy's Home'.

The 'Couples Retreat' actor will star alongside Will Ferrell in the Etan Cohen-directed comedy caper from Paramount Pictures.

The film centres on a radio executive (Ferrell) who is committed to being the best stepfather he can be to his wife's two children from a previous marriage, however, the re-emergence of their biological father (Vaughn) leads to comically disastrous results as the two alpha males battle for the kids' affection.

As well as starring in the flick, Ferrell will produce through his Gary Sanchez company along with Adam McKay, and Good Universe's Joe Drake and Nathan Kahane are also on board to produce.

The script comes from Brian Burns, Adam McKay, Chris Henchy and the film's director, Etan Cohen.

Vaughn has two new comedies due for release this year including 'The Internship', co-starring Luke Wilson, and 'Delivery Man'. He is also attached to star in another laugher, 'Business Trip', which is expected to film after 'Daddy's Home'.

Meanwhile, Ferrell is currently filming the highly anticipated 'Anchorman: The Legend Continues', the follow-up to his 2004 cult comedy, 'Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy', in which he played the titular egotistical TV newscaster.

'Daddy's Home' will begin filming later this year.

Kate Upton "loves" her body.

The 20-year-old swimwear model has blasted commentators who pass judgment on her curvaceous figure and insists she is comfortable in her own skin.

She takes great pride in the fact her voluptuous physique is inspiring women around the world to feel better about their own figures.

Speaking in the June edition of Vogue magazine, she said: "The things that they're rejecting are things that I can't change. I can't change my bra size. They're natural! I can work out and I can stay healthy and motivated, but I can't change some things. "I really just live my life. I love my body. It's what God gave me! I feel confident with myself, and if that inspires other women to feel confident with their bodies, great."

Kate – who was recently romantically linked to P. Diddy after the pair were spotted on a night out together in Miami – also defended her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit shoots and says she worked hard to make it into the pages of the iconic magazine.

She added: "I always had career goals. And I figured out a path I wanted to take to accomplish those goals. If that meant calling the best modeling agency in the world, that's what it meant."

When she's not busy working, the blonde beauty enjoys browsing social media and finds herself drawn to its "authenticity".

She explained: "It's just me sharing my life, I like it if it's authentic and in the moment and happening. Growing up, I didn't buy the magazines that had models on the covers, because I didn't know them. So I think it kind of gives me, as a model, a personality that people can connect with."

Rihanna is being courted to play Josephine Baker.

The 'Diamonds' hitmaker is producers' first choice to play the iconic American-born French dancer in a new biopic about her life, based on her autobiography 'Josephine'.

Noosa Films is set to produce the project after winning rights to the book from French publishers, Editions Robert Laffont, and producer W. Lance Reynolds hopes to cast the Bajan singer-and-actress in the lead role.

He said in a statement: ''Rihanna is one of the most talented performers of this millennium and with her unique acting and performing abilities I have no doubt she will bring Josephine back to life on the big screen.''

Born in America in 1905, Baker became a French citizen in 1937 after moving to Paris, where she was renowned as a world class dancer and stage performer.

The cabaret star was the first African-American female to feature in a major movie, starring in 1934's 'Zouzou', and was given the Croix de guerre, a prestigious French military honour, for her efforts in aiding the French Resistance during World War II.

Married four times and mother to 12 adopted children, Baker's personal life was as notable as her glitzy 50 year career.

The revue performer has previously been portrayed on screen by Sonia Rolland in Woody Allen's 2011 comedy 'Midnight in Paris' and Karine Plantadit in Salma Hayek's Oscar-nominated 'Frida'.

Meanwhile, Motown star Diana Ross has long lobbied to bring Baker's life in a biopic but to no avail.

Rihanna recently made her movie debut with a role in 'Battleship' in 2012.
