Harry Styles has given Vogue publishers a huge boost after becoming the first solo male to grace the cover of the fashion bible.

Magazine bosses have had to order more editions after selling 40,000 subscriptions since the title launched earlier this month.

“We have already ordered a second print run,” a publication spokesman explains, revealing fans are on waiting lists at stores.

Watermelon Sugar singer Harry hit the headlines with his Vogue pictorial by choosing to bend gender rules and embrace his feminine side by wearing dresses for some photos.
