Sports icon Michael Jordan has served up a massive Thanksgiving treat to charity bosses at Feeding America.
The former basketball star has donated $2 million from his acclaimed The Last Dance documentary profits to the non-profit ahead of the holiday season.
Feeding America supplies food to more than 200 food banks, catering to more than 46 million people via food pantries, soup kitchens, and shelters.
“I am proud to be donating additional proceeds from The Last Dance to Feeding America and its food banks in the Carolinas and Chicago to help feed America’s hungry,” Jordan says in a statement.
The Last Dance, which chronicled Jordan’s career with the Chicago Bulls, was a massive hit when it debuted on ESPN earlier this year.
