Drake will release his fifth album Certified Lover Boy in January, 2021, the star has confirmed.
The God's Plan singer celebrated his 34th birthday on Saturday by sharing the news with fans, alongside a video teaser for the highly-anticipated record.
Beginning with a young Black child in a light blue puffer coat looking up at the moon, the footage also features the hitmaker in a restaurant, reflecting over a glass of wine with a heart shaved into his hair.
Drake appears to be wearing the same light blue puffer coat, drawing comparisons between him and the young boy and, as the video ends with an overhead cityscape shot, a title card reveals the date for the album release.
The star first revealed his new LP would be titled Certified Lover Boy in August, when he dropped the lead single Laugh Now, Cry Later featuring Lil Durk. It is his first since the 2018 album Scorpion.
Meanwhile, Drake celebrated his 34th birthday on Saturday night with dinner at Nobu in Malibu – after he appeared to host a massive party with several of his friends in attendance the night before.
