The Lumineers raised over $600,000 for restaurant and music industry workers impacted by Covid-19 with their recent Colorado Gives Back livestream concert.

The broadcast, which took place on 8 May, featured a variety of musical performances, as well as appearances by ex-NFL (National Football League) quarterback Peyton Manning, two-time Olympic gold medalist Mikaela Shiffrin, and former Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper.

OneRepublic, Jewel, and Nathaniel Rateliff were among the acts who performed during the show, which has so far raised more than $600,000 in donations, which will be split between the Colorado Restaurant Association and MusiCares.

“Proud to call Colorado my home for the last 10 years, and so grateful to every person who tuned in and donated,” said Wesley Schultz of The Lumineers.

“Thank you to all the Colorado-based musicians, athletes, politicians, and chefs who took part in this fundraiser and special thanks to Spotify and MusiCares. With your help we came together to see that Colorado Gives Back.”

Spotify COVID-19 Music Relief Project is matching all MusicCares donations up to $10 million .

While Colorado Gives Back is over, the event is still viewable on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/user/TheLumineers) and the link to donate is still active.

Additionally, T-shirts commemorating Colorado Gives Back are available for purchase, with all profits going to the two Colorado Gives Back charities.
