Niall Horan has shot down reports he’s dating Justin Bieber and The Weeknd’s ex Selena Gomez, insisting he is “very much single”.
The One Direction star was asked about the romance rumors swirling around himself and the Come & Get It singer during a recent appearance on Australia’s Hit 90.9″s Brekkie Crew podcast and set the record straight by stating, “Do I have a girlfriend? I don’t, no.”
Niall then confessed he hates the fact he cannot have girl friends without the media linking them up as a couple.
“That’s the most annoying part,” he said. “Try and be friends with a female.”
Selena and Niall were first linked in 2015 when they were reportedly spotted kissing at Jenna Dewan’s 35th birthday party. They also hooked up in early October during a dinner with friends at Osteria Mozza in Los Angeles. In a group photo posted to Instagram by one pal, Niall had his arm wrapped around Selena.
The two previously attended the wedding of one of their dinner guests in February.
