Jessica Alba won't be using social media to air her dirty laundry about motherhood, insisting "it's none of your damn business".

The 36-year-old actress is a mother of three, welcoming her youngest child, son Hayes, in December. She's also a successful actress and businesswoman, and balancing each aspect of her life can be difficult.

However, Jessica won't be airing her grievances about parenthood on sites like Facebook or Twitter.

"I don't have it together at all," Jessica, who also shares daughters Honor, nine, and Haven, six, with husband Cash Warren, told Redbook magazine. "I just don't need to use social media as therapy and tell everyone, "Today I f**ked up as a mom.' It's none of your damn business.

"I'm fine if people want to air their dirty laundry online, but people know enough about me. I make mistakes all the time."

When it comes to how she deals with the mistakes she makes, Jessica finds it helps to talk to her nearest and dearest. And a glass of wine always comes in handy when the group discuss their failings.

"Sometimes when I get together with my friends, we'll reflect on how we've made similar good and bad decisions. It's like, "Yeah, that was humbling.' Then you move on and have a glass of wine," she laughed.

As well as balancing her work life with motherhood, Sin City star Jessica always makes sure she spends quality time with her spouse.

"I always try to get home from work for bath time and to cuddle the kids before bed," she said about her daily routine. "After that, Cash and I have dinner together and talk about our days. I need "us' time all the time."
